Our dearest and beloved Dad, a treasured husband, a wonderful and loving brother, best uncle, and a great friend, Jimmy Ballance, Sr., peacefully passed away June 7, 2024, in Puento Gorda, FL, at the age of 88 years young. Jimmy was born April 6, 1936, to the late Charles Tello Ballance and Mary Olethia Nixon Ballance, and was their youngest son of 13 children. He was a native of Norfolk, …
