Willis's obituary
Willis received a Civil Engineer degree from University of Missouri-Rolla & University of Missouri-Columbia in 1968-1983. He married Pamela Sawyer-Wilson in 2013, and they lived a life full of love together in Udall, Ks. Willis owned Aqua Tech Engineering Consultants, inc. until his passing in 2019. He was honored with the Youngest Civil Engineers Excellence Award and an Honorary Degree from Rolla University.
Willis is survived by 1 wife, 1 brother, 1 nephew, 2 children, 8 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
