William (Billy) Paul Willoughby 34 passed away Wednesday afternoon at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital after an industrial accident.

He was a semi truck driver and loved the outdoors.

He was proceeded in death by his grandfather. William Noble Willoughby, grandmother Lucille Willoughby, His father, Bill Noble Willoughby.

He left behind his mother Trena Marie Willoughby, fiance Holly Perez four children Zechariah William Willoughby, Zelda Lilly Willoughby, William Paul Willoughby Jr. And Annabelle Marie Willoughby. Also his brother Randell Kelly Willoughby, sister-in-law Kan Willoughby. Grandmother Pauline Wilson, grandfather Randall Tilley And Rachel Howard, mother of two of his children.

He donated his organs for someone else to live and donated his body to science
