I was so sorry,to hear about Billy,he was like a son to me.he and my daughter Courtney dated for a little while.and he was so so sweet to anyone.he would help anyone he could. Love and Going to Miss You Billy.

I lived next door to Billy in Poquoson. I loved seeing the kids roll down the “hill” I had in my front yard and stomping on my front porch after is snowed. He was a wonderful young man and a great neighbor. I do know that he loved his children dearly and he loved Holly very much.
