Hard to say there was just one time. My dad and I spent a lot of time together. We used to go flea marketing together when we lived in Livermore CA, during that same period of time we spent most summer weekends in Oroville going to the lake or up in the hills so dad could gold pan or dredge for gold. Then there was the time we remodeled the house he bought for my aunt, his sister, Pat. We had so much fun doing the demo! Demo is always the most fun part of renovation. Then when he moved back to Oroville from Idaho we remodeled a 1971 mobile home on the property he & my mom bought in Oroville in 1979. We did that in 1997. Then in 1999 dad helped me clear the upper parcel of property and we laid the leech line for the manufactured house I purchased and set up there. Dad loved living on his property. Then in 2012 we bought the property on Sam Lynn Way, a mile down the road from our property, and remodeled that home too. As I said before work was my dad's hobby 😀
