William C. Spinks fell asleep in death on Tuesday June 18, 2019 at 85 years of age. He was surrounded by family and was at peace. He was born in Ramsuer, NC to his predeceased parents James Herbert and Rosa Spinks.
He then lived in Stamford, CT where he worked at CT Transit for 21 years from 1977-1998. William then moved his family to Bridgeport, CT where he retired and lived out the remainder of …
