Our father, William S. Cooper, passed away on December 8, 2022. He was 95.
He is survived by Bill, Jr., Russell and Catherine. He was predeceased by his wife Jean. There are no events planned, as he did not wish to have services. We are blessed that Dad wrote a comprehensive auto-biography when he was 83 that chronicled his life. He told stories of of his upbringing in Mississippi, Arkansas and Tennessee, living in a …
