William Taylor Riley Jr., 55, of Montgomery, Tx entered into paradise on August 16, 2019. William was born on November 10th, 1963 to Martha E. Riley and William T. Riley Sr., in Cincinnati, Ohio. William was preceded in death by his father, William Sr and sister, Kimberly Riley. At the age of 12, William moved with his family to Texas, where he attended Spring Branch high school.
