I first met Bill about 20 years ago in church. He and Sheryl and sometimes Layla would sit in front of us, and we got to know them. Bill would later become my brother in Christ and a wonderful shepherd to our discipleship class. He was always inspiring and encouraging in the Lord, and I will miss him tremendously. I thank God for the blessing of knowing him, and I so look forward to that day when God calls me home, and I get to see his beautiful smile again.
