Bill Milligan, 82, of Summerville, SC, Passed away on January 1, 2023 after battling Lymphoma.
Bill was born on July 4, 1940 to Ameal and Charlotta Milligan of James Island, SC. After Bill graduated from James Island High School in 1958, he enrolled in the Coast Guard and studied Entomology.
