William Edward Mercier, known by many as "Big Bill" passed away on the morning of August 29th, 2022 while visiting a family friend in Citrus Springs, Florida. Bill was born on December 17th, 1944 to Louis and Edna Mercier in Everett, MA where he lived and worked as a taxi driver for most of his life. His death was preceded by that of his beloved son, Bryan, as well as several siblings. Bill is survived …
