William (Bill) Thomas Madden of Junction City, Kansas, entered this life on March 12, 1954, in Horton, Kansas. He was raised in Effingham, Kansas and was the twelfth child out of fifteen born to George Dennis Madden and Angela Rose (Blocker) Madden. He served in the US Navy from 1972 until 1978 as an Engineman Second Class and completed two tours of duty. Bill transitioned from the Navy to a role as a federal corrections …
