Obituary
It is with great sadness to announce the death of William S. “Bill” Karp, friend to hundreds, mentor to dozens, and admired and respected by everyone who came in contact with him. His last job was director of Broward Childcare Licensing and Enforcement, where he made great strides in improving the safety and compliance of pre-schools and after school programs.
He fought the good fight with Ocular Melanoma and metastatic disease for over nine years, …
