William Sherman Fassett was born to William E. and Mildred Fassett on October 22nd 1943 in Ithaca, New York.
He graduated from Watkins Glen Central School in 1961 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Buffalo in 1967.
Bill served in the army, completing a tour overseas in Korea. During his time there he held many roles including mail carrier and medic. After his time in the military was over, …
