William Dean (Bill) Miller, age 87, and formerly of Marshall, Virginia died in his home in Provo, Utah on October 11, 2021. He passed away peacefully after a brief illness from causes incident to his advanced age.

Bill was born July 29, 1934 in Washington DC. He was a 1952 graduate of Washington and Lee High School in Arlington, Virginia, and a 1956 graduate of the College of William and Mary. He served as an …
