I knew Bill in1968-1970. Went to JMA with bill and a few other guys from Michigan. We were in different grades. Sometimes we would be on the same flight to from school. 5026.s Greenwood ave in Chicago. He was a good guy always had fun ,or as much as we could .The school was strict. Bill was on the drill team, he did pretty darn good. His parents were nice to. I was looking up guys from the school and found this. I’m so sorry to hear of his passing. I hadn’t seen him since school. Ok god bless you all. Jeffrey Briggs P F C / JMA class of 1970.

It seems very odd that his birthday would be today, I know the guy will always live on and on. It just so happened that yesterday, 6/25/24, a man and a women came in to my grandson's work. They had seen bill's car, his last one, His mercury Milan in the parking lot, where my grandson, Logan works, they were curious, to know if any one there knew whom it belonged. Well Logan pipped up n said well, I do why? Well there response floored the kid when they said, well they were friends of his, and the man had actually worked for Bill, or with him, I'm unsure. Logan said that Bill was his uncle, (his wife being Daisy, my daughter). They had seen the car, it's a one if a kind, not unlike Uncle Bill, Logan was besides himself, totally unbelieving, that they knew Bill well. He was brought to tears talking of his very beloved, n missed Uncle Bill. They were the best of friends, and Logan really loved that guy!!!! Logan being almost 21 and Bill----- well, almost the same age. At heart, which if I knew Bill, you'll understand. So Billium, here's to you, my man, we will never forget you, even if we tried, which of course NOT. You will be "ever loved". So happy to have been a small part of your short, tragic, wonderful, love filled, robust life. His last words to Logan the day before he passed sum it all up. ( Love you man)!!!!!

I just now heard about Bill's passing. It makes me so sad to hear this and I send my condolences.
I haven't seen or spoken to Bill in years but I will always remember him for his love of animals, his quirkiness and his generosity. He will always have a special place in my heart.

Bill and ruby meet me in the trailer park and introduce himself and his dog to me and he said he had a cat inside named cooper and he wanted to asked me if I would be interested and willingly take care of his animals while working long hours at work so that’s how we became neighbors friends and we both were looking out for each other so I wanted to say I miss my best friend and my neighbor and those little babies that I seen just about every day Jackie Phillips you will never be forgotten in my eyes and in my heart until the day that I go up in heaven

I remember having a big 50th birthday bash for Bill on his ( obviously) 50th birthday. We had it at GG's house on the lake ( Daisy's oldest sister). We had black balloons and coffin cookies. A picture board of course, and a great big/// yup u guessed it super sweet. Extra frosting and whole 9 yards. Of course the frosting was a very gross black!!!! So hilarious,it made everyone s teeth ,lips, n tongues very black . It was so disturbing. Bill got the greatest kick out of the whole shebang. The next day he told anyone who would listen about how his black frosting came out, if your know what I mean. The same way all food comes out. But to Bill the story was "His". Was still very black n stained the toilet and all was again ,just as funny as the as the day before. We laughed so hard. He vowed never to eat black ( only black). Frosting again. God I miss that man's laugh😔. Happy birthday today my man, happy birthday.
