Background
Bill was a lifetime animal lover. He always had a dog riding in the front seat and was even known as "the tree guy with the dog”. His first home was a farm and his love of animals never stopped. During his last days, he was out cleaning the stall and spending time with his horse. Bill is survived by his beloved Chihuahua, Ruby.
