William Eugene Burton, 44, died at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Loius Missouri on March 24, 2021 from septic shock. He was born in Dexter, Missouri on August 15, 1976 to the late Karen [Burton] Milligan and the late Larry Goodson. William lived most of his life in Sikeston, Mo until August 2016 when he moved to Dexter, Mo where he resided at the time of his death. William was disabled at an early age …
