Bill, Kathy and I grew up on the same turf but being a couple years younger it was not until Kathy and then later Bill joined SBS. I never recall Bill getting flustered or upset about daily workplace drama. He was above all of that. I think he felt blessed having such a good strong loving family and that always kept him from getting caught up in the day to day distractions. He will be missed.

I first met Bill, and Kathy when I became friends with Sara in the first grade. I always loved going to thier house. Bill and Kathy always had thier dogs around and I loved that. i remember one night we were having a soda, he taught me how to make a licorice straw, I thought that was pretty amazing back then. I will always remember the bonfires! Us kids running around being kids and having pink floyd, led zeppelin playing in the backround. That is how I became to love those bands.
Years and years later, when Bil was working at SBS , I always enjoyed going in back into his office and just chating about life. He always asked what was new with me. I will miss seeing him, he was always happy to see you, always gave a hug and said "whats new kid." He was one in a million.
