William "Bill" LeRoy Bargar Jr. of Charlottesville, VA went to be with the Lord on August 19, 2020 at the age of 76.
Bill was born to William and Virginia (Lambert) Bargar on May 11, 1944.
He graduated from Glen Burnie Vocational School in 1962 with a diploma in Industrial Woodworking.
