I didn't know Ms. Story well but the few times I talked with her and just listening to Tosha and Elijah talk about her I could tell she was a beautiful, sweet, caring person inside and out. Especially to those she loved. Rest in peace sweet soul. We will see you again. 💙
I have so many memories of us watching CNN, CSI, Criminal minds, movies and even you watching some basketball games with me. You touched so many people with your beautiful soul. You will be truly missed by many. I love you with a thousand O’s!!
Even though she wasn’t near throughout my life just knowing my Nana’s sister loved and thought of me always filled me with a sense of security and belonging. You will be missed Auntie Tiny ❤️
It was always a joy watching my Aunt Tiny and her twin sister, my Nana, together: dressing alike and being silly! I truly enjoyed her every time I had a chance to be around her—she was so sweet. The last memory I have of Aunt Tiny was at my dad’s funeral. It was so comforting to have her there, and I hope she knew that. She was deeply loved and will truly be missed.
I’m praying for the family and loved ones of my dear Aunt Tiny, twin sister of my Nana, Wynella Johnson. My fondest memory of Aunt Tiny is when she and my Nana used to switch places and fool me and my sister. They loved getting together and playing fun little pranks like that, as well as dressing alike. May God bless and comfort us all during this difficult time.
Gracious, beautiful, intelligent, kind, loving and so much more. Words cannot express the truly wonderful person you were and how much you will be missed Auntie. You were always there for me, encouraging me and showing me by example how to live a life of dignity. As a child, having you as an identical twin to my mother was a huge blessing and I thank God that I always had you as my second Mom. I cannot process losing you. There will forever be a place in my heart that belongs only to you.
I’ll never forget how Grandma loved going to the post office and would spend what seemed like hours in there! Lol. One time when I was around 6 or 7, me and my cousins got stuck going to the post office with grandma one summer. While we were waiting in the summer heat we came up with a plan to help pass the time. We decided that we would hold the door open for all the people that came in and out of the post office (Mainly elderly people). Mannn we made so much money from people tipping us and the women saying how polite we were lol, and that we were out here doing good! We probably made about 50 dollars that day just from holding doors open lol! I remember us acting up later on, getting on grandma nerves just being boys and she took our money away. Mannnn we was so hurt. We was quiet the rest of the day hoping to get our money back lol! That’s a memory I’ll never forget. I love you Grandma, thank you for always being there for me.
My nanna, my matriarch, my heart, my inspiration... thank you for all you were and all you raised me to be. I am so blessed to have many empowering, loving, fun, educational, silly, and life guiding memories with you. I hope to continue to make you proud.
