That motorcycle ride in Sheperd Texas was a experience. You said it was easy end up You had no clue. We ended up in a ditch. I walked back home while You pushed the motorcycle back 😃. I herd You had a motorcycle this whole time. Maybe I can get that ride when we meet again. 🙏🏾

You little knew that morning that God was going to call Rayford's name. In life you LOVED him dearly, in death you'll do the same.
It broke your hearts to lose him, he did not go alone; for part of you went with him, the day God called him home.
He left you peaceful memories, his love is still your guide, and though you cannot see him, he's always at your side.
Your family chain is broken and nothing seems the same; but as God calls you one by one, the chain will link again.

Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near, so loved, so missed, so very dear.

My dear friend Jocelyn, I am saddened to hear of Rayford's passing. Just last week you shared with me his recent accomplishments and how much he loved Whitley and Kendall. I so wish he had more time to share, grow and be with the entire family. Out of pure love, you and Friday have given Rayford the ultimate gift; the rearing of his two children, Whitley and Kendall. Even though you may feel the loss of a loved one, you can rest assured that you have gained an Angel that will forever watch over you and the kids.

Rayford was a good runner when it came to sports and in the back yard playing kick ball. I remember when he had his first bike, okay even though it was handed down as in our family when we was young we rolled like that sometimes if not most. I could not wait to get some of my sisters shoes and clothes. Attending BTU, choir, no need to say Bible study because BTU covered everything. Church was 24/7 as school was also.
Now I know Rayford you can: GO AND RUN FREE!
So go and run free with the angels
Dance around the golden clouds
For the Lord has chosen you to be with him
And we should feel nothing proud.
Although he has taken you from us
And our pain of a lifetime will last
Your memory will never escape us
But make us glad for the time we did have.
Your face will always be hidden
Deep inside our hearts
Each precious moment you gave us
Shall never, ever depart.

Hey! Blessing Rayford when we had our last prayer session you told me how happy you was that you had found a new church home and church friends and family. We love you and we miss you so much. I was listening to you one night : When you said you made it home, what a joy!
I MADE IT HOME
I just wanted to let you know that I made it home.
Everything is so pretty here, so white, so fresh, so new. I wish that you could close your eyes so you could see it too.
Please try not to be sad for me. Try to understand. God is taking care of me...I'm in the shelter of His hands.
Here there is no sadness, and no sorrow, and no pain. Here there is no crying, and I'll never hurt again.
Here it is so peaceful, when all the angels sing. I really have to go for now...I've just got to try my wings.

PS...I'll be the first face you see when you get here! LOVE 4 EVER PONSA.

My little brother I always wanted to see you I saw you when you was born. One of Moma's beautiful children. As a baby you very seldom cried I would tickle your stomach and u would kick your little feet and grin an laugh. Rayford loved most people he had an demeanor that made you enjoy his presence.I am so hurt by his passing I loved him so much this is very hard .There will be a resurrection hope an I pray I see all my family again, he really loved his children Whitley an Kindel, He wanted to do his best to let them they were his heart. He is gonna be missed as is his brother Kirk.I pray for family love Larry.

Rest In Peace, Rayford. We’ll all miss you. I’m saddened that we didn’t have the time we needed to build our relationship. But at the same time I’m eternally grateful for your dedication and commitment to make things right. The way you kept your loving and understanding character through it all is truly awing to me. Your strength and commitment to turn your life around is something I will always remember. You deserved so much more than the life you were given. :(

Rayford I will miss you the time you n I snuck n daddy car while they were gone lol, the time you and I sat n car on the way from the bus stop n you cried and it was at the time of mama passing n you said I sure loved her n I told you she loved you endlessly so now I’m sure she’s hugging you now I know to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord without a doubt you’re present with the Lord rest now in Heaven my brother you’ve earned your crowned love you Rayford love your sister Pam🙏🏼😓

I will miss our weekly chats Rayford...my heart is broken but I know exactly what you will say..."Little Sis... it is time for me to go!" I am so grateful that you had the time to change your life around for the good. You worked hard to live your best life regardless of all the challenges you faced! You lean in Rayford and when you fell down you got right back up! I thank God that I had all this time with you...you are worthy to be praise! You mattered and I am so grateful to be your little sis...you gave me so many compliments! I miss you already...heartbroken but BRO...it is time to celebrate!
