Wanda Faye Shipley 66 born March 20 1955 to Vodie and Mary Susan Spencer in Richmond Indiana she was the 7th child born to her parents. Her parents, sisters Geraldine Owens, Carolyn DeGraw, Maxine Carpenter and her brothers William Randall Spencer and Kenneth Spencer all passed before she did. A grandson Jacob James Leon White also passed before her. She left her daughter Cynthia Shipley 47 her life partner of 26 years Ponch SaeYiem her stepson Ponch L SaeYiem her grandchildren Cassandra Faye Shipley Jeremiah, Jada, and Jonathon White. Her great grandchildren Melanie Ma'Kye Kylanni Aaliyah Alonna Serenity Chloe Cynthia. Many adopted grandchildren Aubrey Christina Nicolette Willie. Everyone that knew her instantly loved her and would Never forget her. She always tried to see the positive side out of every situation and always tried to see the good in everyone. She lived in Indianapolis IN from 1980 to present loved by so many.
