Wanda Faye Shipley 66 born March 20 1955 to Vodie and Mary Susan Spencer in Richmond Indiana she was the 7th child born to her parents. Her parents, sisters Geraldine Owens, Carolyn DeGraw, Maxine Carpenter and her brothers William Randall Spencer and Kenneth Spencer all passed before she did. A grandson Jacob James Leon White also passed before her. She left her daughter Cynthia Shipley 47 her life partner of 26 years Ponch SaeYiem her …
