Wanda Fay Harvin was born in Oakland, Alameda County, California to Loretta Marie Horton Hedrick and Douglas Charles Hedrick. After a long battle with lung cancer, she sadly passed away. She was a beloved daughter, sister, and mother.
Wanda spent her childhood in Oakland and Central Valley, Shasta County, California. In 1982, she returned to her hometown in Central Valley from Denham Springs, Livingston Parish, Louisiana. Throughout her career, she worked in nursing and teaching. …
