We are so sorry to hear of Clay’s passing.   Rockey has been randomly telling me stories from years gone by for 2 days.  So many good memories he has.

Clay was one of those older Liberty guys, who had a positive influence on my life, as well as the lives of many.  When it wasn’t positive, it was certainly formative which is definitely a positive++.

His birth family happened to attend the same church as my family and his spiritual nature had a way of spilling over onto others. That “spilling” definitely helped me to push my envelope open, enabling me to grow beyond the limits of my past experiences, as well as those of our city.

What a great guy!

Our condolences to you Casey and your family. I know how difficult it is to lose someone so special. Chris and I send all our love. I wish I could have met him. Knowing you is knowing that he lives on in your heart and spirit.

So very sorry to hear of Clay’s passing. Haven’t seen him in a long time, but remember him well. He was someone you don’t forget. Remember from high school that he was an excellent swimmer (another of his athletic accomplishments). Sending my condolences.
Always a smile and willing to help out, spending hours on volunteer projects... unless he was ticked off and fed up with nonsense from a person or group trying to hold back making Liberty better.  My life is better because of Clay.  Hugs to Barb.
