My condolences to Walter's family. I first met Walter when he joined the Procurement Team at BAH. We were friends at day one.

We would often attend happy hours. After 911, Walt would tease me about how much i mowed my lawn, so he nick named me Bin-Mowen!  Walt was a great friend.

I was sad when I heard the news today of Walter's passing . What a great guy Walter was to know and to work with during the last dozen years!  My deepest condolences to Walter's dear wife, parents, family and the many friends. Peace be with you!
