Virginia "CC" Collins, age 60, of Wilmington, North Carolina, passed away suddenly on August, 29th, 2020 in Rockingham, North Carolina. She was born in Winston-Salem, February, 8th, 1960 to Betty Jo Brewer & Fredrick Clifton Collins.
Early in Virginia's childhood, her parents, Betty & Fredrick passed away separately to unfortunate circumstances, and she transitioned to living with her grandparents William Gray Brewer and Virginia Pascal Brewer. She spent most of her adult life residing periodically …
