Virginia's obituary
Early in Virginia's childhood, her parents, Betty & Fredrick passed away separately to unfortunate circumstances, and she transitioned to living with her grandparents William Gray Brewer and Virginia Pascal Brewer. She spent most of her adult life residing periodically between Winston-Salem, Carolina Beach, and Wilmington, North Carolina.
Virginia had a passion for God, enjoyed the beach life, caregiving to the elderly in need, as well as spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Jo Brewer; father, Fredrick Clifton Collins; grandparents, Virginia Brewer & William Brewer; Brothers, Michael Steven Parks SR & William Parks; and countless other memorable family members.
Survivors include her daughter, Jessica Collins; significant other & family of, Michael Bimbo; brother, Brian Parks & sons Brad & Adam Parks & family; sister, Debbie & Rick Bohland & family; Wife, Pamela Parks & children of Michael Steven Parks Sr, Amanda Bowman, Michael Steven Parks JR., cousins, Kim & Glenn Lambert & their son Shane Lambert, Jay Auman & sons Dakota Auman, Colton & Emily Auman, and daughter Savannah Auman, Tricia Brewer Gregory & Greg Walker & family, William Brewer JR, William Brewer II & family, and many other wonderful relatives.
The daughter of Virginia Collins would like to publicly thank all individuals that provided care and compassion to her mother over the last 10 years. Your compassion, strength, and kindness did not go unnoticed.
