Virgil “Dutch” Brizendine, 76, of California, MO passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at the Capital Region Medical Ctr. in Jefferson City, MO. He was born on August 6, 1946 the son of Ira and Viola (Sanders) Brizendine both of whom preceded him in death.
