My first boss and a dearest friend! Deeply hurt and saddened by the news. Will miss him a lot but will always carry fond memories of my many years with him where he was instrumental in shaping my career and building my foundation in the corporate world. And it was these learnings and confidence and trust that has helped me succeed in my second corporate stint. My sincere condolences and prayers with Lata, Shalini, Manu and their families. We will always be there for you and carry fondest of memories of our times together with Vinod.

Dear Lata, Manu & Shalini,
Please accept Deepa, Kabir & my heartfelt condolences. We knew Vinod and loved him.
Client, Friend then Associate is the sequence in which I knew him. But the longest and deepest relationship was of Friend. We shared a journey of two decades where I was privileged to continue my relationship with him as he moved from one avatar to another. Though less frequently - but always with intensity – we shared where we were & what we were experiencing at deeper levels. He was very spiritual in a non-ritualistic way and truly secular. On this journey, we got to know the three of you and I had the opportunity of meeting his larger family.
Our hearts go out to all of you and we wish you the strength to go through this phase of life with the strength he would have wanted you to show.

Mr. Vinod Gupta, a thorough meticulous, disciplined gentleman. He fought Covid fiercely with immense determination and grit.

I fondly remember you Vinod from our xerox days during which we had many animated conversations - I always found you very thoughtful , calm , respectful and friendly . You were always mindful of creating systems to ensure operations are sustained over a long period of time . Also you reinvented yourself and stayed contemporary over the years . That is truly exemplar . Sorry to see you go Vinod . But the high professional standard that you maintained thru out your life will remain live in my mind and I will fondly cherish this memory . What little i know of Vinod ji made me admire and respect him greatly. A very compassionate and warm individual, always ready to render help to anyone in need. His presence will definitely create a void , not only in his family , but in the whole of society that he interacted with! My heartfelt prayers for the departed soul. It’s a shock to say the least . My prayers for you and family for strength to bear this loss . I have known Vinod for about 20 years now and have worked with him in the past though we haven’t been in touch for the past few years . I would always remember him as energetic and full of knowledge. 🙏
