Victor Erwin Rice, 70 years young of San Rafael, California, passed away suddenly at his home on January 20, 2022. Vic loved life. He loved his family; his work life and just waking up to the new day. Vic grew up in Palos Verdes, California, where he learned to surf at nearby surf spot San Onofre. Later, during his early high school years, Vic and his family moved to Prescott, Arizona, where he excelled in …
