Vicki Leigh Wester, age 79, of Allen, Texas (formerly of Garland) was born June 2, 1945 to James Deleon and Eufala (Topsy) Wester and passed away February 12, 2025.
Vicki graduated from Garland High School where she was a member of the Dancing Deb’s. She attended Texas Christian University before attending the University of Oklahoma to study pharmacy. She graduated with a BS in Pharmacy. She did a one-year Hospital Residency at Harris Hospital in …
