Vicki “Sug” Sturdivant, beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, peacefully entered eternal rest after a life well lived and joyfully shared.
She was born on October 17, 1952, in Wadesboro, North Carolina, to the late Hazel G. Sturdivant and John DeBerry. The youngest of four siblings,
Vicki’s brilliance and determination shone early. She excelled in her studies and carried that same passion and excellence throughout her life.
