Velda Faye Ray, 76, of Chelsea, Oklahoma, passed from this life on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at her home. She was born on May 8, 1946, in Pryor, Oklahoma to Omer and Hazel Southern. She was a member of the First Church of God in Pryor and enjoyed the time she was able to spend there. She enjoyed sewing, reading, and taking any opportunity to go on vacation.
