Sending my love. Auntie Sheila played a memorable role in my life. As a child, she was part of the village who raised me. Remembering her smile, and laugh each time my brother and I would see her. Whetger we came to share a report card, or was simply hanging out at Santa Rosa when our dad was playing dominoes; I can't remember a day that she was ever anything less than sweet to us. Sending her family love and positive vibes as they mourn her loss. Rest in power...you are an ancestor now.

Mama Shiela was not only a mother to us she called us her boy. The great mother she was she protected us and we did the same for her. Has the mother / fighter of the family father Ellis always say to us what ever Sheila say listen because you don’t want to see the fighter in her.

Has one of her boys I always knew if I was hungry I was guarantee a meal at any of Mama Sheila establishments. She knew my order at Santa Rosa, 1 small food in large box when Ellis would say no she would override him and say feed my boy he is hungry. Thank you for always encouraging me and supporting me my mama Shelia.

Love you always.

Condolences to the Anglin Family

From Lisa Baptiste Phillips & Family

Aunty Shelia was always warm, kind and welcoming to me during my too infrequent visits from the UK 🇬🇧 to Canada 🇨🇦

For the family, I hope you find comfort in the belief that the people you love are all around you.

‘Do not stand at my grave and weep

I am not there; I do not sleep.

I am a thousand winds that blow,

I am the diamond glints on snow,

I am the sun on ripened grain,

I am the gentle autumn rain.

When you awaken in the morning's hush

I am the swift uplifting rush

Of quiet birds in circled flight.

I am the soft stars that shine at night.

Do not stand at my grave and cry,

I am not there; I did not die’.
