Tyler “Toby” Lee Henzlik, 78, of Chisago City, Minnesota, peacefully passed away on August 26, 2021 after a lengthy battle with COPD and cancer.
Tyler was born on November 15, 1942 to Gayle Maxine Henzlik Whipple and Joseph Maxwell Henzlik in Mitchell, South Dakota.
