Tommy was born on October 1, 1934 to Earl and Pansy Burns of Clinton, MO. After graduating from Clinton High School in 1950, he went on to join the United Stated Marine Corps.
While serving in the military he suffered a head injury where he received an Honorable Medical Discharge. In 1970, he met Georgia Bailey, and they wed in 1970, going …
