Tom Tso lived with strength, leadership and love in his life and throughout his 8 years with Parkinson's disease until his passing on December 24, 2019. Tom was born in Kowloon, Hong Kong on July 9, 1949. He then moved to the United States in 1969 where he studied Engineering at South Dakota State University. He continued his education getting his masters degree at Colorado State University and eventually obtained his Master of Divinity degree …
