Tom Byron Goss, 72, of Oakley, California, passed away with his son by his side on January 20, 2024. The last few days of his life he was surrounded by family and friends at his home in Oakley. Tom was born on May 2, 1951, in Antioch, California. Tom was a beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and Uncle. He was known affectionately as Papa by his grandchildren.
