Thomas E. Ross, Jr. - or Tom as we all knew him - was born on October 8, 1952 in Columbia, SC. He passed away in his home, at the age of 71, under the phenomenal care of Prisma Health Home Hospice, on January 30, 2024. Memorial events are private

In classic Tom humorous form, Tom requested that Liese wear a black bikini and scatter his ashes in the Calibogue Sound off Hilton Head Island. He also forbade any kind of sober funeral but allowed that Liese could celebrate or memorialize him, particularly liking her ideas for her mom. Along this line, there is a Celebration of Life event on February 6, 2024. Family and close friends will join together to cruise Lake Murray, where Tom spent MANY summers with his grandparents. We will cruise into the sunset and wish our beloved Tom peaceful sailing and a well-earned rest.
