Longtime resident of Dublin, Ca, Thomas A. Rogers passed away peacefully on April 6, 2021. Born in Oakland in 1941 to August and Ann Rogers. Tom enlisted in the Army in 1959 and served in Germany as Quartermaster providing supply and field services support. While there he spent free time visiting towns and mountainous villages of surrounding areas taking in the sights alongside dear friend Friederike Graggo. Back home he began a 45 year career …
