Hi Tom today is 2 years since you left us. In some ways its worse than ever living without you. You were such presence in our lives...still are honey. Everyday I remember the kindness you spread in this world. Tom I think of you as a saint and I'm trying to remember all that you taught me about always being kind. Tom, it feels like yesterday we were kids hanging out in Grandma's basement or watching tv and trying to outdo each other with 'bad' jokes! Time just moves too fast. I always looked forward to seeing you whenever there was a family gathering and you always made us laugh. I wish we could go back and do it all over again! Tom, you were always there to help. Lately we verbalized "I love you" more often, but I always felt the love through your willingness to accompany me on whatever the task, visiting grandma at the nursing home, building a deck on the side of the hill when contractors said it couldn't be done, and going to Florida next week to assist two old men on their junket into the sun .... memories of your brilliant sense of humor will always be with us to get us over the rough spots.
