Dr. Thomas Jefferson (TJ) Osborne passed September 23, 2024 in San Jose, CA. He is survived by his wife of 30 years Melanie, his children Ashley and Benjamin, his mother Linda Mariani, five siblings and a large extended family, including friends, patients and community members.
