Thomas Morrow Howell passed away in his sleep from an apparent Heart attack on January 14, 2017 at age 61. He was a 1973 graduate of Atlantic High School in Delray Beach, Florida and a 1978 graduate of Lake City Community College in Lake City, Florida majoring in Agronomy. Tom was initially employed by the Delray Dunes Golf Club when he was about 16 years old. He worked on that course from 1972 into the 1980s. In his last job as Golf Course Superintendent he worked for the Fox Club near Port St. Lucie, FL. from 1998 until his untimely death in 2017.

In 1968 Tom Howell moved to Delray Beach, Florida with his parents, Suzanne & Harry Howell, from Atlanta, Georgia.

Thomas M. Howell was born in Warren, Ohio on Nov. 9, 1955. His parents were Suzanne Morrow and Harry F. Howell of Warren. Tom will be missed greatly by his wife. Polly and his two sons Jeff and Corey as well as everyone who knew him.
