Thomas Morrow Howell passed away in his sleep from an apparent Heart attack on January 14, 2017 at age 61. He was a 1973 graduate of Atlantic High School in Delray Beach, Florida and a 1978 graduate of Lake City Community College in Lake City, Florida majoring in Agronomy. Tom was initially employed by the Delray Dunes Golf Club when he was about 16 years old. He worked on that course from 1972 into the …
