Thomas Eugene “Tom” Cummings, 76, of Franklin, PA passed away unexpectedly on 01/07/2024 in The Villages, FL.
Tom was born in Franklin to Ruth Christina Rial and Albert Bruce Cummings on April 2nd, 1947. He attended Franklin Area High School and graduated in 1965. Tom went on to serve in the US Army as a Coreman/Medical Records Specialist in 1966 where he was awarded a Good Conduct Medal and a National Defense Service Medal. Honorably …
