Talton Hall Jr, was born on November 14th, 1958 in the city of Flint. The son of Talton Hall Sr and Carrie (Anthony) Hall. Talton Jr. graduated in 1976 from Beecher High School in Flint, Michigan. He obtained his Bachelor's in Psychology and Sociology in 1980 and received his Master's in Guidance and Counseling in 1981 from Eastern Michigan University. On March 31, 1979, he became a brother of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. with …
