T. C. Mathew, the son of late Mr. T.C. Chandy and late Mrs. Kunjamma Chandy passed away in Mavelikara on May 26th 2020. He was a retired officer of the National Bank of Dubai. He is survived by his wife, Sosamma Mathew of Puramath family from Thiruvalla, and his three children and six grandchildren.
Children: Dr. Manoj Mathew and Dr. Anju Manoj (Kannur), Reji Jacob Mathew and Asira Jacob (USA), Dr. Jyoti Sumod Kurian and Dr. Sumod Kurian (Delhi)
Grandchildren: David, Sam, Selah, Amiya, Achsah, Joshua.

T. C. Mathew was born in 1944 as the youngest son of the Thoompunkal family of Mavelikara. His father was the late Mr. T.C Chandy, a well read, righteous man, and his mother was the late Kunjamma Chandy, a pious and virtuous lady in prayer ministry who worked relentlessly for the kingdom of God.
