Sylvia Franklin, age 83, loving wife and mother of three children, passed away on August 10, 2020.
Sylvia was born on May 9, 1938 in Washington DC to Mary Lang. She received a Masters Degree from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ and practiced as a school Psychologist for 25 years in Carteret, NJ.
On March 28, 1959, she married Edward Clarence Franklin. They raised three sons, Edward, Richard and David.
